  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.

    If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at nate@conveyorvideo.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve billing issues promptly.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the service will continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
